It is a step by step instruction on everything you need to know in order to prepare yourself for photographing and traveling to the event. This information, by the way, is applicable for any eclipse event!

What to do BEFORE You Have a Flat Tire! - Your car may be one of the most important tools you have in your pursuit of that winning photograph! Flat tires happen and they can put a big hole in your plans. Being prepared can make your inconvenience as minimal as possible.

Air Show Shooting Tips - This is an informative YouTube link to a presentation by our friend Hutch Hutchison for the Thousand Oaks Photo Group. It goes over the general settings for different types of aircraft as well as other aspects of air show photography. It's a bit long (you can skip the first 10 minutes which is visiting and intros) but the rest includes a lot of information to get you started.

One more hint that might not be in this presentation: If you have "Animal Tracking" on your camera, you'll find that it works remarkably well on aircraft! It's not perfect, but worth trying!
